How a game works

Pick a mode, send the code or link to a friend, and tap I'm ready. You each get six guesses at a 5-letter word. After every guess the board marks each letter: circled in red for the right spot, highlighted for the right letter in the wrong spot, and crossed out if it is not in the word.

Cooperative Mode

Work together to find the hidden word. Take turns guessing and share the same board — you win or lose as a team.

Competitive Mode

Pick a secret word for your opponent to guess. Take turns on separate boards — first to solve their word wins.

Quick Match

No friend online? Quick Match pairs you with a random opponent in seconds. If nobody is waiting, you play a computer opponent instead.
